University of Oklahoma Outreach
 Workforce Oklahoma Training Institute is sponsored through University Outreach within the Univerversity of Oklahoma. Outreach is made up of the College of Continuing Education and the College of Liberal Studies within the University of Oklahoma.

Annually, Outreach extends the educational resources of the University of Oklahoma and offers some 2,000 courses and activities to more than 200,000 nontraditional learners in Oklahoma and in more than 60 locations all over the world.
Located on the Norman campus, Oklahoma Center for Continuing Education is the home of the College of Continuing Education and the College of Liberal Studies.
