Do you accept credit cards?
For workshops with a fee, the University of Oklahoma accepts VISA and Mastercard. Other methods of payment include personal or agency checks made out to the University of Oklahoma and agency purchase orders.

Will you accept registrations after the stated deadline?
Yes, space permitting, but any fees must be submitted with the registration information.

Can a substitution be made for a registrant unable to attend?
Substitutions are allowed however whenever possible the Training Institute should be given as much advance notice as possible.

What happens if I have to cancel?
The Training Institute should be notified of cancellations at the earliest possible date. For workshops with a fee, cancellation must be received by the cancellation date on the workshop flyer. Cancellations after that date and no shows will be charged the full registration fee.
