Registration Policies
Registration:
Registration forms are due no later than 2 weeks before each workshop or training unless otherwise noted in the training announcement and will be accepted according to the Nomination Protocol established November 26, 2008. Written confirmation of registration, along with any updated information, will be provided to each registrant via e-mail at least one week before the training date.
Statement of Commitment:
By registering for training, participants agree that they will make every effort to attend the training and that they will arrive on time and attend the entire session. If an emergency arises that will cause you to miss your scheduled training notify the Training Institute as soon as possible by calling 405-325-1443.
Cancellation and Substitution:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone training based on insufficient registrations. Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the Training Institute. Also, a new registration form must be submitted.
Accessibility of Training:
In an effort to make training as accessible as possible we will make some offerings available on a regional basis around the state. Check the training announcement for each session for starting and ending times.

Lodging:
When an overnight stay is likely, a list of designated area hotels is included in the training announcement. There is no room block and we cannot guarantee any hotel rate. It is suggested that you request the state rate and be prepared to present appropriate ID when making your arrangements.
